2. Appointments and Booking

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients (or guardians, if minors) must provide accurate information during booking and disclose any relevant health conditions.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors during treatment sessions.

  • We are not responsible for lice reinfestation due to external factors outside our control.

8. Certificates of Completion

  • Every client who completes a treatment program or educational module will receive a certificate of completion as proof of participation.

  • Certificates are issued digitally or physically depending on program type and client preference.
